Welcome to Vee Nails and VeePress. By using our services and products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointments & Walk-ins
- Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.
- Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late arrivals (10-15 minutes) may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled at the technician’s discretion.
2. Services
- No refunds on completed services.
- If any issues arise, free corrections will be provided within 7 days of service.
- Technicians will recommend services based on nail condition.
- Repairs for breakage due to improper care will incur a fee.
- Custom designs or premium services may have additional charges, communicated before service.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are fixed and displayed.
- Additional charges for premium/custom services will be discussed prior to service.
- Payments must be completed before leaving the salon.
4. Hygiene & Safety
- All tools and workstations are sanitized after each customer.
- Customers with visible infections or skin conditions will be refused service.
5. Behavior & Conduct
- Respectful behavior is required from both staff and customers.
- Aggressive or inappropriate behavior may result in service refusal.
6. Loyalty & Rewards
- Regular customers earn points for each service.
- Points can be redeemed for discounts or free services.
- Terms for earning and redeeming points apply.
7. Marketing & Media Consent
- With customer consent, photos of nail work may be used for social media and marketing.
- Customers are encouraged to tag the brand in their posts for discounts or loyalty rewards.
8. Policy Updates
- These terms may be updated without prior notice. Please check regularly for changes.
