  • No refunds on completed services.
  • Free corrections are available within 7 days if issues arise.
  1. Products (VeePress & Other Items)
  • Refunds or exchanges are allowed on unopened and unused products within 7-14 days of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Opened or used products are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
  1. Custom Orders
  • Custom products are non-refundable.
  • Defective products can be exchanged for the same item within the return window.
  1. Return Process
  • Customers must contact support to initiate a return.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
